Job Description
PTSb is seeking a skilled data entry specialist to join its team, responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of data across various systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve data quality issues, identifying problems and working with colleagues to address underlying issues.
- Monitor and triage data quality work queues, remediating issues as they arise and collaborating with teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Work closely with colleagues across operations, technology, finance, and risk to address data quality issues impacting regulatory reports and customer data quality.
- Build relationships with production support teams to ensure issues are resolved quickly with minimum impact.
- Provide support and advice to colleagues attempting to identify and remediate issues.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of relevant data entry work on core banking systems.
- Higher Level qualification.
- Good knowledge of PTSb data quality process.
- Understanding of research elements of the role.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent documentation, report writing, and presentation skills.
