We are seeking a Data Scientist to join our team, responsible for analyzing large datasets to extract actionable insights, trends, and patterns.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights, trends, and patterns.
- Develop and implement machine learning models to solve business problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.
- Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support the development of data tools, dashboards, and reporting systems.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in data science and analytics.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or accelerated master's program graduating in summer 2025.
- Computer Science / Data Analytics background.
- Available to start a new role in September 2025.
- Insightful problem-solver, able to gather input from multiple divergent sources, narrow in on any problems or gaps, and propose effective solutions.
- Conversant with data: comfortable working with datasets of varying sizes, able to generate descriptive statistics and find simple patterns.
- Familiar with at least one of the following tools: Tableau, SQL, Python, AWS, Hadoop.
- Excellent communicator, especially in group settings and with presentations to differing audiences.

- Report any suspected information security violation or breach.
- Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard's guidelines.
