Job Description

Transforming the Bank is a key strategic driver for Bank of Ireland, underpinned by technology platforms, data, and digital platforms used by customers to interact with and purchase products.

Irish consumers are increasingly digital-led in their interactions with financial services providers, and Bank of Ireland is expanding and transforming its digital and technological base.

We are looking for individuals to support our progress and momentum as we build a world-class diverse technology team, delivering improvements in the banking experience for millions of customers.

Our Data Technology and Change programme offers hands-on experience across Data Science, Data Visualisation, Data Engineering, Project Management, and Business Analysis.

The programme includes a rotational experience across different areas in the Bank, accelerating development and growth, and offering exposure to business-critical projects in a fast-paced environment.

As part of the programme, you will gain exposure to colleagues across numerous business areas, build a substantial network, and explore opportunities and future career paths through our unique Digital Academy.

Members of the Graduate Programme have strong visibility with regular touchpoints with Leadership, including the CEO and Executive Committee.

We offer a tailored Graduate Development Programme, a blend of virtual and classroom training, facilitating connections with peers, the organisation, and its culture.

Key to this is our hybrid working model, which includes administrative buildings, remote working hubs, and work-from-home options to enable and empower you to work in a way that is more flexible and productive for you.

We are interested in speaking with a diverse variety of people from various academic, societal, and geographical backgrounds that will inspire and help us grow as a bank.

We offer opportunities to students who have achieved, or expect to achieve, an Undergraduate or Master's Degree from all fields.

We are an equal opportunities employer and are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace which values and benefits from the diversity of our workforce.

We offer reasonable accommodation at every stage of the application and interview process.

Benefits include work-from-home options.
