Job Summary: We are seeking a Day Activity Facilitator to work with individuals with intellectual disabilities, promoting their independence and community participation.

Job Description:
- Work as a member of a team to develop and implement programmes suitable to the individual needs and abilities of people supported by the services.
- Ensure the welfare and wellbeing of service users is the prime consideration at all times.
- Have the ability to work with people who have a learning disability and believe that they have the right to live and participate in the community equally with other people.
- Be competent in conflict resolution and able to understand and empower people with sometimes quite divergent points of view.
