Job Description
Day Centre Nurse Manager required for Limerick based Alzheimer's and Dementia support service. Full time permanent contract, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of healthcare professionals in providing high-quality care to individuals with dementia
- Manage human resources, finances, quality standards, and risk management
- Develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring the well-being and safety of service users
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives
Requirements:
- Fully registered with NMBI
- Experience in caring for individuals with dementia
- Experience in human resource management, financial management, quality standards, and risk management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Benefits:
- Salary range: €46k - €55k per annum (dependent on experience)
- No weekends or night shifts
- 24 days of annual leave per year and two discretionary days
