Job Description
Full-time Day Centre Nurse Manager position available in Limerick, Ireland, managing a team and overseeing care for individuals with Alzheimer's and dementia, with opportunities for career progression and education.
This is a permanent contract working 37.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday. We are seeking a qualified and experienced Nurse Manager with a positive attitude and strong leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have:
- Fully Registered with NMBI and BSc in Nursing
- Experience in caring for persons with dementia
- Experience in Human Resource Management, Financial management, Quality standards, and risk management
- Good communication skills, open and enthusiastic, positive attitude, and ability to lead by example
The successful candidate will have a salary ranging from €46k to €55k per annum, depending on experience, with no weekends or night shifts. They will also have access to:
- 24 days of annual leave per year and two discretionary days
