Job Title: Day Centre Manager Location: South Dublin Salary: Depends of Experience Working Hours: Full Time/Part time Monday – Friday Role Overview: As a Day Care Manager, you will lead our center, ensuring high-quality dementia-specific care for our clients. This role involves overseeing client care, managing staff, maintaining facility operations, and engaging with community stakeholders. Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive care and enhance quality of life for clients. Supervise, train, and manage day care staff and volunteers. Manage daily operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure regulatory compliance. Foster relationships with clients’ families and local health providers and promote center services. Qualifications: Degree in Social Care, Applied Social Studies, or Nursing. 5+ years in health/social care with 3+ years in management. Full clean driving license. Registered Nurse with dementia care qualification desirable. Skills: Strong management, organizational, and communication skills. Client-focused with empathy and a commitment to confidentiality.
