Job Summary: Day Services Manager oversees operations, provides person-centred planning, and manages staff, ensuring legal and regulatory requirements are met. Key Responsibilities:
- Service Management: Manage daily operations in line with company and HSE policies.
- Person-Centred Planning: Develop meaningful plans to support individual goals.
- Staff Leadership: Supervise, appraise, and develop staff.
- Compliance: Ensure legal, regulatory, and accreditation standards are met.
- Collaboration: Liaise with multi-disciplinary teams and community networks.
- Budget Management: Oversee financial resources and procurement.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to service development and align with company goals.
Requirements: Relevant 3rd Level Qualification, 5+ years social care experience, 2+ years supervisory experience, valid driving license, strong communication, IT, and organizational skills. Salary and benefits negotiable.
