**Job Summary:** Manage a defined region to drive sales, profit, and brand execution, supporting retailers to implement best practices and develop annual business plans to track store performance.

We support thousands of retail and foodservice family businesses across Ireland and Spain. **Key Responsibilities:** • Develop a defined region with total responsibility for sales, profit, loyalty, and brand execution • Support retailers to implement best practice in their stores • Develop annual Business Plans and KPIs to track store performance • Drive retailer brand engagement through brand initiatives and events • Deliver annual new store targets and rebrands • Exceed agreed region sales & profit targets • Drive retailer loyalty to 90% plus • Ensure excellent brand engagement through delivery of key initiatives and training • Develop the region by managing a prospect list of new stores • Maintain all accounts within Musgraves credit terms • Provide accurate and relevant information on competitor activity and other trade field information to the Daybreak Sales Manager and Central Functions • Ensure the right format range is available in all stores • Ensure all Daybreak stores deliver the agreed wholesale profit budget • Complete all administration e.g. journey plans, weekly & monthly reports and prospect lists • Ensure the profitability of all Daybreak stores by driving strong commercial behaviours with retailers • Ensure all Daybreak stores comply with all legislation by providing training and best practice advice **Requirements:** • Experience/knowledge of convenience retail industry and retail development minimum 5 years • Good understanding of Retail Accounts including P&L & Cash Flow Projections • Proven track record in proactive field sales and achieved targets in convenience retail • Budget management experience • Experience in a Food to Go environment • Leaving Cert / GCSE • Retail Management Diploma/Degree desirable but not essential • Full clean driving licence **About Musgrave:** Musgrave is an equal opportunities employer.
