**DBA (My SQL / Oracle) Role** A leading identity assurance technology company seeks a skilled DBA to support their cutting-edge SAAS solutions. **Job Description** Our company is a market leader in our sector, providing innovative solutions to governments and large organizations globally. This is a hybrid working role with 3 days in office in Dublin City Centre. Salary is negotiable and includes benefits such as 5% pension, family healthcare, and income protection. **Responsibilities** • Installation, maintenance, and support of My SQL databases primarily • Provide support for Oracle databases running on premise and cloud platforms • Provide database guidance and support to Dev Ops, Support and Pro Services teams as needed • Apply DBA best practices • Be proactive in problem solving and innovation **Requirements** • 3+ years in a Database Administration role • Strong work experience with My SQL and Oracle databases including performance tuning and general database troubleshooting • Experience installing, monitoring, and supporting production databases running on AWS • Knowledge of large-scale data replication technologies (AWS DMS or Oracle Goldengate) • SQL scripting with experience in PL/SQL and shell scripting
