Job Description
Join our team as an Automation Engineer to support a Multinational Biotech Client based in Cork, designing and implementing automation solutions for the Pharmaceutical and/or Biotechnology sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, implement, test, commission, troubleshoot, and change controls for the client
- Experience in DCS/PLC, with a focus on Foxboro platform design and configuration
- Support Day to Day operations, execute test cases, and maintain documentation for control systems
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Automation Engineer with increased levels of responsibility
- Good knowledge of GMP manufacturing, GAMP lifecycle, and quality management processes
- Experience with DCS or PLC Batch software design on SI or site-based projects
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechatronic, Chemical, Electrical, or Bio-Process Engineering, or related field
