Job Description
Deal Strategist for 10 month contract. Hybrid, 3 days in Dublin. Collaborate with Sales Teams and stakeholders to resolve business and contractual issues. Validate contractual packages, cultivate best practices and support Sales to create new contracts.
Facilitate alignment and communication between Sales Teams, internal stakeholders and external customers/ partners to resolve business and contractual issues.
Validate all aspects of contractual packages for accuracy and compliance with the company's Business Practices and approvals process.
Support Sales to create new contracts and execute requests within existing contracts.
Facilitate alignment and communication between Sales and other internal Functions like Accounting, Pricing, Legal, and manage approvals for transactions.
Support Sales and external customers with contract interpretation, discussions, and administration of service agreements.
Experience in Contractual structures and customizations, financial modelling and negotiation skills.
Ability to navigate within complex processes and in multiple tools.
Self-learner, with German language and legal background a plus. Knowledge of Data Protection and Security concepts in Cloud Computing.
