Dealership Forecourt Manager sought to oversee the presentation and operation of a busy forecourt and showroom, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and maintaining high standards of vehicle display.
Bolands Waterford, a leading dealership for BMW, MINI, Hyundai, and Citroen, is seeking an experienced Forecourt Manager to lead the team in delivering top-quality vehicles and exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within the automotive industry, and a valid Full Driver's License. They will be a team player with a positive, proactive approach and a keen attention to detail.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the display of new and used vehicles across the forecourt and showrooms, ensuring optimal presentation.
- Conducting inspections of all new cars upon arrival from the manufacturers and all trade-in vehicles to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Regularly inspecting all vehicles in the forecourt and showroom for cleanliness and presentation, ensuring they are in pristine condition.
- Approving vehicles following valet services, ensuring cleanliness standards are met before they are displayed or handed over to customers.
- Preparing vehicles for smooth customer handovers, ensuring they are immaculate and fully ready for delivery.
- Capturing high-quality photos and videos of vehicles for online listings, ensuring adherence to brand standards.
- Carrying out additional forecourt duties as required to ensure the area is professional, organized, and welcoming.
The successful candidate will be offered a full-time position with a 40-hour workweek (Monday to Friday/Saturday) and a competitive annual salary of €32,000 plus bonus.
