Bolands Waterford are currently hiring for a Dealership Forecourt Manager to join our growing team. Bolands are the home of BMW, MINI, Hyundai, and Citron in County Waterford. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Dealership Forecourt Manager to join our team and manage the appearance and operations of our forecourt and showrooms. Role Overview As a Dealership Forecourt Manager, you will ensure the professional presentation of new and used vehicles across the dealership, enhancing the customer experience and maintaining the highest standards of vehicle display. You will work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure the smooth operation of the forecourt and assist in preparing vehicles for customer handover. Key Responsibilities: Vehicle Display Management: Oversee and manage the display of both new and pre-owned vehicles across the forecourt and showrooms, ensuring optimal presentation. Vehicle Inspections: Conduct inspections of all new cars upon arrival from the manufacturers and all trade-in vehicles to ensure they meet quality standards. Forecourt and Showroom Maintenance: Regularly inspect all vehicles in the forecourt and showroom for cleanliness and presentation, ensuring they are in pristine condition. Valet Approval: Approve vehicles following valet services, ensuring cleanliness standards are met before they are displayed or handed over to customers. Vehicle Preparation: Wash, refresh, and prepare cars as needed for display or customer delivery. Media Capture: Capture high-quality photos and videos of vehicles for online listings, ensuring adherence to brand standards. Customer Handover Preparation: Prepare vehicles for smooth customer handovers, ensuring they are immaculate and fully ready for delivery. General Duties: Carry out additional forecourt duties as required to ensure the area is professional, organized, and welcoming. Candidate Requirements: A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within the automotive industry. A valid Full Drivers License. A team player with a positive, proactive approach and a keen attention to detail. ?What We Offer: Full-time position: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday/Saturday). €32,000 annual salary plus bonus.
