Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking a qualified solicitor to join its Finance & Capital Markets team in Dublin. The successful candidate will work on high-profile, cross-border transactions for top-tier clients, advising on a range of finance, securitisation, private credit, and structured finance deals.
- Advise on complex transactions, including securitisation, collateralised bond and loan offerings, and structured finance.
- Represent blue-chip clients on big-ticket, cross-border deals.
- Collaborate with partners and teams globally on finance and capital markets matters.
- Provide listing services for securities on major exchanges.

Candidate Profile
- Qualified solicitor in Ireland, the UK, or in another Common Law jurisdiction with 7+ years PQE in debt capital markets/structured finance.
- Strong technical and drafting skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to handle complex matters and work effectively in a team.
