Our client, a leading global law firm seeks to recruit a dynamic and ambitious Debt Capital Markets Solicitor at Of Counsel level to join its busy Finance & Capital Markets team in Dublin. This is a unique opportunity to work on high-profile, cross-border transactions for top-tier clients, advising on a range of finance, securitisation, private credit, and structured finance deals. In this role, you will collaborate closely with experienced partners and global teams, providing expert counsel on debt, equity, asset-backed securities, and structured products. The work is diverse, challenging, and highly rewarding. Key Responsibilities: Advise on complex transactions, including securitisation, collateralised bond and loan offerings, and structured finance. Represent blue-chip clients on big-ticket, cross-border deals. Collaborate with partners and teams globally on finance and capital markets matters. Candidate Profile Qualified solicitor in Ireland, the UK, or in another Common Law jurisdiction with 7+ years PQE in debt capital markets/structured finance. Strong technical and drafting skills, with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to handle complex matters and work effectively in a team.
