The Debt Capital Markets Group is at the forefront of the industry, advising Irish and international issuers, originators, lead managers, arrangers, rating agencies, and trustees on some of the most complex and high-profile debt capital market issuances and structured finance matters globally. Position: Debt Capital Markets Lawyer Experience: 2-4 years’ PQE as a Solicitor Key Responsibilities: Advising on a wide range of debt capital market transactions and structured finance matters. Acting for issuers, originators, lead managers, arrangers, rating agencies, and trustees on complex legal issues. Providing expert legal advice and support to clients on all aspects of debt capital markets. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents and agreements. Collaborating with other practice areas within the firm to deliver comprehensive legal solutions. Candidate Requirements: Qualified Solicitor with 2-4 years' PQE in debt capital markets or structured finance. Strong understanding of debt capital markets and structured finance transactions. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively within a team and manage client relationships. High level of attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Proven track record of working on complex legal matters in a reputable law firm. What’s on Offer: Competitive salary between €85,000 and €115,000, commensurate with experience.
