As Deli Manager, you'll oversee daily operations, ensuring top-quality food service and customer satisfaction for a busy fast-paced deli. this role would suit a passionate foodie looking to take on a new challenge and manage a great team, leading them in delivering high-end service. Salary: €33000-€37,000 Key Responsibilities: Manage deli operations, including food preparation, staffing, and inventory management Uphold health and safety standards, always ensuring compliance Handle customer inquiries and issues promptly to maintain high service levels Analyse sales data to optimise profitability and achieve targets Train and develop team members to enhance performance and service quality Requirements: A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Deli Manager or in a deli management role or similar food service position Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop staff Excellent customer service skills with a proactive and friendly approach Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail Comprehensive understanding of food safety standards and regulations, with relevant certifications preferred Flexibility to work day-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed Own transport preferred What We Offer Highly competitive salary Full-time position with opportunities for career growth.
