Deli Manager Excel Recruitment is seeking a Deli Manager for our client based outside of Cork City. We are searching for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to manage the operations of a bustling deli. Salary: €32,000-€36,000 As Deli Manager you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, and high-quality produce and ensuring the area is operating to the highest levels. Responsibilities Staff Management: Develop and manage staff so they deliver top-of-the-line service and operate in line with company standards Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and address any issues or complaints promptly Sales Promotion: Implement strategies to increase deli sales, including promotional activities and special offers Quality Control: Ensure all food products meet quality standards and comply with health regulations Cost Management: Monitor and control costs to maximise profitability while maintaining product quality Requirements: Deli Management Experience: At least 2 years of experience in managing a deli or similar food service establishment Strong Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead the team and interact with customers Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to quickly resolve issues and make decisions in a fast-paced environment Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure the deli operates smoothly and efficiently Financial Acumen: Basic understanding of financial principles to manage budgets and control costs effectively Transport: Driving or willing to commute for up to one hour If you are interested in this role or any other roles on the Excel Recruitment website please apply via the website or contact me, Adam to discuss potential job opportunities.
