We are seeking a dedicated Deli Manager to join our team, responsible for managing deli operations, ensuring top-quality food service and customer satisfaction. As a Deli Manager, you will oversee daily operations, including food preparation, staffing, and inventory management. You will also be responsible for upholding health and safety standards, handling customer inquiries and issues, and analysing sales data to optimise profitability and achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Flexibility to work day-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
