As Deli Manager, you'll oversee daily operations, ensuring top-quality food service and customer satisfaction for a busy fast-paced deli. this role would suit a passionate foodie looking to take on a new challenge and manage a great team, leading them in delivering high-end service. Salary: €33,000-€37,000 Key Responsibilities: Manage deli operations, including food preparation, staffing, and inventory management. Uphold health and safety standards, always ensuring compliance. Handle customer inquiries and issues promptly to maintain high service levels. Analyse sales data to optimise profitability and achieve targets. Train and develop team members to enhance performance and service quality. Requirements: Previous experience as a Deli Manager or similar role with a focus on delivering top-of-the-line food and customer service Strong leadership, organisational skills and attention to detail Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Flexibility to work day-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
