Corrib Oil Group is seeking enthusiastic individuals with exceptional customer service skills to join their deli team in Loughrea, Co. Galway.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality food in an efficient manner.
- Manage deli displays in a fresh and appetizing manner, maintaining high quality standards, service, and food consistency.
- Oversee and ensure the smooth running of all Deli Operations in conjunction with the Deli Manager.
- Supervise consumer promotions, ensuring product availability and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the Deli is operated in line with HACCP legislation, prioritizing Food Safety.
- Set a good example by promoting the Customer Loyalty Programme and its benefits.
- Take responsibility for stock ordering and storage of deli equipment and material.
- Provide the highest standard of customer care at all times.
- Motivate and monitor staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Assist in Deli Stock takes and staff induction, training, and development.
- Carry out other duties related to the role as directed by store management.
