Currently, they are seeking a seasoned Delivery Director to lead a high-profile project within the financial services sector, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to significant industry advancements.Role Summary:We are on the hunt for a Delivery Director with extensive experience in managing large-scale digital transformation projects, particularly within the FS industry. This role demands an individual who can seamlessly bridge the gap between our client and their prestigious yet confidential FS partner, ensuring the delivery of exceptional results. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, strategic leadership, and client management skills, capable of guiding a large global team to success.Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact between our client and the confidential end client, maintaining a strong partnership and ensuring alignment on project goals and expectations.Lead and manage a diverse project team of approximately 100 professionals, including Design, Infrastructure, Product, and Mobile specialists, spread across various global locations.Oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality.Full P&L responsibility for the project, optimizing resource allocation and financial performance.Engage with and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders, including C-level executives, to secure project support and alignment.Drive forward digital transformation initiatives, leveraging the latest in technology and methodology to meet and exceed the client's strategic objectives.Essential Criteria:Proven background in consultancy or professional services, with a deep understanding of the financial services industry challenges and opportunities.Demonstrable experience in leading £50m plus digital transformation projects to successful completion.Expertise in managing large, offshore teams and complex project ecosystems.Strong financial acumen, with previous P&L responsibility.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of navigating high-level negotiations and discussions.A bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related fields, with preference given to candidates holding a Master’s degree or MBA.Relevant professional certifications are highly regarded.Salary/PackageBasic Salary: €160,000OTE: €200,000 Hybrid: 3 days a week onsite #J-18808-Ljbffr
