**Job Summary:**
Lead a team of project managers in EMEA, overseeing the delivery of energy storage projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly execution, and fostering a culture of safety, quality, and integrity.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* P&L responsibility for all projects in area of responsibility
* Management of subregional PM team and related resources allocated to the function
* Assurance of on-time and within-budget delivery of projects
* Solution finding on critical issues (projects/products/contract)
* Overall management of project claims and opportunities together with project teams
* Project reporting and review reporting monthly
* Escalation management for subregion (customer/Fluence internal)
* Focus on safety – meeting the safety KPI; close cooperation with regional and global safety organization
* Travel throughout EMEA (35%)
**Skill Requirements:**
* Min. 10 years of relevant work experience
* Bachelor/master's in electrical engineering/civil engineering (or equivalent)
* Project management certificate (PMP - PMI or equivalent)
* Strong Leadership skills
* Solution orientation
* Risk management/Contract management in projects
* Good communication skills
* Fluent in English
* Other language skills can be an advantage
