Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Engineer with extensive experience in DeltaV systems to join our team for a significant drug production facility project based in Ireland. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with DeltaV systems, including coding and developing batch recipes, to ensure seamless automation and control of our pharmaceutical processes. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of Emerson DeltaV systems from concept specification to high-level coding.Develop and manage change control processes specific to the pharmaceutical industry.Oversee the setup of a new drug production line, focusing on high-level automation integration.Ensure all automation processes comply with industry regulations and standards.Collaborate with project teams to write specifications and manage project timelines and deliverables.Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting for DeltaV systems and related equipment. Required Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automation Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in automation engineering, with a focus on DeltaV systems.Extensive experience in the pharmaceutical or bio-pharmaceutical industry.Proven track record in managing complex automation projects from concept to completion.Strong coding skills in DeltaV.Experience with change management processes in a regulated environment.Excellent project management skills, including specification writing and timeline management.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
