Job Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and compelling Demand Planner to manage and develop key customer partnerships, taking complete responsibility for forecasting and customer supply chain initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for setting and delivering our strategic agenda with key customers and fostering relationships with senior customer contacts up to the Senior Manager level.Requirements:Manage all end-to-end supply chain responsibilities, driving improved customer service, availability, and forecast objectives.Oversee the short-term operational forecast window and facilitate Britvic's forecast process with customers.Influence beyond the 20-week forecast window, ensuring a smooth transition between long-term and short-term timelines.Collaborate with customers to align base, promotional, and forecasts.Develop broad and deep relationships with all customer supply chain contacts.Regularly evaluate customer "Cost to Serve" profile data to optimize supply chain costs.Possess FMCG supply chain or commercial experience.Demonstrate the ability to influence key stakeholders and strong customer-facing experience.Business Skills & Behaviors:Persuasion and influencing.Personal Effectiveness.Cost to Serve – Supply Chain Efficiencies.Team Player.Technical Skills:Microsoft Office intermediate.High-level numerical & analytical skills.Key Behaviors / Values:Open and authentic in their interactions with DSP team, matching actions and words, building trust and support with others.Works collaboratively with key stakeholders and External Customers, building common agendas, aligned objectives and delivery plans.Demonstrates clear ownership, ambition and pride in the contribution and performance of their teams.
