Job Title: Demand Planning Analyst Job Description Overview: Supply Chain / Channel Operations - Delivers products and services to partners and consumers to maximize business value and provide aftersales returns and care supportability. Channel Operations collaborates with channel partners to understand and deliver to service level expectations whilst optimizing inventory levels that enable business groups to meet or exceed revenue goals. The team also understands and brings customer and demand insights to the organization at a country/account level. The Supply Chain Analyst is a pivotal role connecting the supply chain with field teams and customers. Supporting a dedicated geography, this individual works with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business targets and high standards of customer satisfaction. The candidate will be a problem solver, resourceful, creative, and willing to work with and through others to be successful. Collaboration is a critical skill in this role. Strong verbal and written communication skills and analytical thinking are necessary for driving a high level of impact and influence across both internal and external key stakeholders. Essential Skills Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Technology, Business, Operations, Engineering or related field or equivalent work experience Proven experience (3+ years) in customer-facing supply chain roles specifically demand planning and forecasting Fluent verbal and written English Experience in driving improvement and optimization initiatives across a matrixed organization Experience delivering system & process improvements across the Order to Cash process Retail Environment exposure Customer/Partner and Subsidiary sales interface experience Personal Attributes Problem solver Resourceful Creative Collaborative Strong verbal and written communication skills Analytical thinker Working Environment Collaborative environment working with internal and external stakeholders to meet business targets and customer satisfaction. The role involves supporting regional performance, optimizing processes, managing demand availability, and driving improvement initiatives across various territories and accounts.
