Lab located in Limerick City overlooking the Abbey river.

O'Connor Restorative Dental Lab is an independent high end digital dental lab specializing in the manufacture of fixed oral prosthetics. We employ the latest cutting edge technology in computer-aided-design and manufacture with CAD design stations, 3d printers and CNC machines. We strive to provide Irish Dentists, Specialist Prosthodontists and their patients with the highest quality functional and aesthetic restorations.

We are looking for a full time highly experienced crown and bridge dental technician to join our team. The Ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience in high-end CAD design & ceramics and be willing to extend their knowledge in all areas. The role is full time, 5 days per week Monday to Friday.

The right candidate for this position will have vast demonstrable experience in CAD design of simple copings to full contour full arch implant supported bridges, high end ceramic layering on various substructures and producing aesthetic full mouth rehabilitation cases. We are looking for a positive individual with excellent communication skills looking to further their career in all aspects of crown, bridge and implant manufacture. Key Responsibilities:

  • CAD design of simple copings and complex full arch substructures, both tooth and implant borne
  • CAD design of full contour restorations, from single tooth borne units to full arch implant supported bridgework
  • Layering ceramic on metal, zirconia and LiSi frames and substructures - single unit to full arch
  • Designing, Finishing, staining and glazing monolithic restorations
  • Reading, interpreting and understanding prescriptions
  • Taking full mouth rehabilitation cases from start to finish
  • Consulting with clinical team
  • Liaise with administration and in house milling centre teams to ensure lab work is complete and ready for patient appointments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €50,000.00-€70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
