Department Manager

Primark is seeking a skilled Department Manager to join our team in Dublin. As a key member of our retail management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and driving sales growth in our store.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
2. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
3. Monitor and control store inventory, including ordering and receiving stock
4. Manage store visual merchandising and maintain a high level of store presentation
5. Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve store performance

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role
2. Strong leadership and communication skills
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
4. Excellent customer service skills
5. Basic knowledge of retail operations and inventory management
