Do you want to be part of an award-winning team? We are looking for an Experienced Retail Manager for our Boutique Fashion Department Ember.

The successful candidate must have strong communication skills on all levels.

Working in partnership with the creative and buying teams to promote an energetic, fast-moving fashion experience through excellent customer service. They will promote a sales culture to build productivity and support team members for future growth in the organization.

The ideal candidate will provide leadership to meet or exceed planned sales targets in accordance with the company's values. They will efficiently oversee department operations, maintain visual merchandising standards, and foster a positive working environment. Stock and delivery management skills are also required to allow for quick replenishment of stock.

We are seeking individuals to join our successful team who are dedicated to providing our customers with award-winning 5-star service in an engaging and rewarding work environment. Candidates for the Department Manager position should have a proven track record in a customer-oriented, fashion-forward retail environment, with at least 3 years of management experience. They should also have experience in leadership, staff training and development, and driving company initiatives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure the store exceeds sales goals via planning.
  • Prioritize, plan, and adjust schedules.
  • Guide the team to achieving goals.
  • Promptly process stock from deliveries and manage inventory.
  • Train and motivate all staff through ongoing programs in sales, customer service, and product knowledge.
  • Ensure the team provides an exceptional customer experience in the store.
  • Maintain presence through effective floor management and ensure staff coverage.
  • Maintain a safe work environment and ensure ongoing safety training and awareness.
  • Responsible for ensuring the store meets company guidelines.
  • Monitor company assets through accurate inventory procedures.
  • Exemplify and ensure team compliance with all Company policies and procedures.
  • Create and maintain an environment where all staff are treated fairly and with dignity and respect.
  • Provide forward-thinking that engages staff.
