Take your retail career to the next level as a sales floor leader at Halfords, a leading retailer of motoring and cycling products and services.
As a key member of the sales floor leadership team, you'll support the store management team to deliver exceptional customer service and market-leading standards. You'll have responsibility for the day-to-day running of a department, supervising and coaching others to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding results.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising and leading a small team to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results
- Delivering on-the-job training and coaching to others to develop their skills and knowledge
- Working to tight deadlines to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding results
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert advice to customers
- Contributing to the development of a positive and inclusive store culture that values diversity and promotes equality
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Experience of supervising or leading a small team
- Experience of delivering great customer service in a retail sales or services business environment
- Experience of delivering on-the-job training and coaching to others
- Experience of working to tight deadlines to achieve sales targets
- A track record of achieving exceptional results against sales targets
