### Cloud Support Engineer
Assist global companies and developers in leveraging Amazon Web Services (AWS) technology
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide unique solutions to customers' individual needs
* Partner with AWS teams to help reproduce and resolve customer issues
* Drive customer communication during critical events
* Work on critical, highly complex customer problems that may span multiple AWS services
**Requirements:**
* Effective communication in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
* Knowledge/experience in administration and troubleshooting for two (2) or more of the following: DevOps/Deployment Orchestration Management, Configuration Management
* Experience with programming/scripting (Batch, VB, PowerShell, Java, C#, Chef, Perl, Ruby, and/or PHP)
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
* Experience with Web and Application Server technologies (e.g. Apache HTTPD, Apache Tomcat, Nginx, Glassfish, JBoss, Puma, Passenger, IIS)
* Experience with System Administration with Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, RedHat) and/or Microsoft Windows Server and associated technologies (Active Directory, Exchange)
