Job Summary: SEI Investments is seeking a skilled professional to provide depositary services to Irish and Non-Irish domiciled funds, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and constitutional documents.

Responsibilities:
  • Work independently and as part of a team to ensure SEI and its clients are in full compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Perform compliance and NAV reviews in accordance with the Depositary's policies and procedures.
  • Perform daily cash-flow monitoring.
  • Verify assets.
  • Liaise with global sub-custodians, administrators, and prime brokers.
  • Participate in new fund launches.
  • Visit sub-custodians and administrators.
  • Review financial statements, prospectus, and other fund documentation.
  • Meet client and investor reporting deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with colleagues.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • A third-level business or finance degree or professional qualification.
  • 2+ years of experience in funds administration and/or depositary focused on NAV preparation and/or performance of compliance reviews.
