As a Depot Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our depot. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, supporting the depot management team, and ensuring that all paperwork and data are accurately maintained. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, has excellent communication skills, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: * Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the depot management team, including handling correspondence, preparing reports, and managing schedules. * Data Entry & Management: Accurately input and maintain records of deliveries, stock levels, and vehicle movements in the depot management system. * Customer Service: Act as the first point of contact for depot-related inquiries, both internally and externally, ensuring all communications are handled professionally and efficiently. * Stock Control: Assist in managing stock levels by monitoring inventory and ordering supplies as needed to ensure the depot operates smoothly. * Health & Safety Compliance: Support the implementation of health and safety policies, ensuring all documentation is up to date and the depot complies with regulations. * Team Coordination: Liaise with drivers, warehouse staff, and external suppliers to coordinate logistics and ensure timely deliveries. * Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on depot activities, including inventory levels, vehicle usage, and staff attendance
