Depot Sales Manager
Our client, a global leader in the commercial fishing industry, seeks an experienced Depot Sales Manager to lead operations in Castletownbere, West Cork.
- Lead a team of 4-6 to increase sales, improve efficiency, and deliver profitability objectives for the region.
- Develop existing and new customers to create and leverage the company's leadership position and drive profitable growth.
- Collaborate with other managers to achieve operational goals and drive quality system improvements.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with customers, suppliers, and internal staff to ensure the success of the region.
- Maintain and improve health, safety, and employee welfare standards across the business unit.
- Develop and implement action plans to deliver the agreed sales strategy for the business unit, balancing growth and margins.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer-facing roles, upselling, and team management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to build and manage client relationships.
- Open to travel.
