Deputy General Manager
Lead a fantastic team and take responsibility for all aspects of managing our new venue in Dublin. As part of our rapid expansion, this is an exciting opportunity to help us reach great heights.

Lane7 are the fastest growing and market leading boutique bowling business in the UK, with multiple venues across three brands: Lane7, Level X and Gutterball.
We offer a one-stop-shop for a great activity packed experience, including bowling, arcades, beer-pong, e-darts, virtual reality, karting, shooting booths, karaoke booths, batting cages and more.
The Ideal Candidate:
3+ years of Deputy General Management experience in leisure, hospitality, or F&B sector
Innovative leader
Ability to inspire and motivate team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
Welcoming and supportive of those around you
Great communicator
Positive, can-do and problem-solving attitude
Ability to create a sense of fun
The Role:
Take responsibility for safe and effective management of site and its team
Uphold our standards
Participate in all areas of operation, including gaming, food, beverage, events, sport and labour
Be accountable for all process and procedures within the business
Create a team-focused environment and encourage a professional and motivating atmosphere
