Job Description
A Deputy General Manager is sought to support hotel operations, ensure customer care, and drive profitability in a 4-star hotel with a strong team and excellent working environment. The Clybaun Hotel, a partner hotel of Tifco Hotel Group, offers great leisure facilities and is located on the doorstep to Connemara, The Aran Islands and the Wild Atlantic Way. **Key Responsibilities** • Provide strategic support to the General Manager for all hotel operations • Ensure the best level of customer care within the property • Support the profitability and cost management of the hotel • Direct and manage all hotel activities • Deputise for the General Manager in their absence **Ideal Candidate** • 3-4 years experience as Deputy or Operations Manager role in a 4-star hotel • 3rd Level Qualification in Hospitality Management • Strong communicator; and comfortable in contributing to the overall hotel strategy • Ability to develop and build relationships and influence with all levels of the business • Proven experience and knowledge of all Hotel Operations • Passion for curating exceptional guest experiences and an unwavering commitment to excellence
