If so, I have an exciting opportunity for you! My client, a well-known fashion retail chain renowned for their 5-star customer service, is recruiting a deputy manager to join their store in Mayo. This is an exciting job for a fashion manager with excellent people leadership skills, strong commercial and operational experience looking to join a large store where you can add value to the store and business. Key responsibilities of this Deputy Manager job: Maximise the profitability of your store by meeting targets for sales and controlling costs. Ensure the implementation of all company policies and procedures in-store. Deliver your plan with your managment and sales team through excellent product knowledge and the highest level of customer service. Manage and analyse departmental sales performance, whilst being able to implement a plan of action where required. Develop and maintain strong working relationships within your store, head office personnel, and external business partners. Ensure that visual merchandising standards are delivered and correlate with the company plan. Skills and experience required for this role: 3+ years of senior retail fashion management experience is required. Experience in managing a team of 20+ An inspirational leader with enthusiasm and a positive "can do" outlook. Previous experience in managing sales turnover of €3m+ Commercial and operational management experience is required.
