Lead a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and develop team members to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Lead by example, managing junior managers and sales teams to achieve operational excellence
- Nurture a culture of delivering exceptional shopping experiences on the high street
- Recruit and train new talent to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Set goals, achieve targets, and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business success
- Celebrate achievements and promote the company brand through core service values
- Create exciting new store displays and make commercial decisions within visual merchandising guidelines
