Deputy Store Manager
Lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales growth, and maintain a strong brand presence in a fast-paced retail environment.
About the Role:
- Coach and develop team members to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
- Lead by example, managing junior managers and sales team members to maintain a positive and inclusive work environment
- Nurture a culture of delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and maintaining a strong brand presence
- Recruit, train, and develop new talent to enhance store performance
- Set goals, achieve targets, and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) to maintain operational excellence
- Celebrate individual and team achievements, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment
- Develop and execute visual merchandising plans to create engaging store displays and drive sales growth
- Adhere to company policies and guidelines, promoting a culture of compliance and integrity
