As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of store staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store
- Target-driven approach to KPIs
- Managing, motivating, and developing the store team
- Maintaining excellent shop floor presentation
- Ensuring adequate stock levels are always maintained
- Consistently delivering excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Completed leaving certificate or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years management experience in a fast-paced environment
- Full driving licence
- Passion for working in a fast-paced, varied environment, hitting targets and meeting deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work varying shift patterns
Benefits:
- Salary: €48,000 rising to €57,000 after 3 years
- 20 days holiday per annum rising to 25 days after 2 years
