Role: Deputy Store Manager
Location: Liffey Valley S.
C., Liffey Valley.
Contract: Permanent, 40 hours per week, hours rostered Monday to Sunday.

About You:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Manager to join the Kilkenny Design team in Liffey Valley, Co.
Dublin.
The Deputy Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the Store Manager in driving high performance and developing a service orientated culture within the store.
The ideal Manager will be driven, energetic, genuine, and passionate about Kilkenny, with the ability to lead a team and support the future direction of the store.
You will be actively involved in motivating and developing a team of highly trained sales team to drive sales forward and achieve store targets.
You will play a key role in adapting and applying clear practices and procedures across the store, including logistics, administration, stock management, customer service, and cash management.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering 5 Star excellence in the Customer Experience.
To lead, motivate and empower your team.
To drive sales and KPIs in the store.
To drive operational standards throughout the departments, by developing opportunities and brand promotion.
Staff training and development in all aspects of the Customer experience, including brand and product knowledge.
You will also:
