As Deputy Store Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing store routines, ensuring weekly campaigns, sales attitude and creating a positive, high energy environment where your team thrives. You will support the Store Manager by communicating, leading and coaching the team physically on the store floor. You will train your colleagues in customer first attitude, how to determine customers' needs and ad selling. You will also lead by example by selling and conducting routine tasks in the store.
