We are searching for a talented and experienced Design Director to join as a founding member of the studio and influence the creation of a world-class team.(Please note: For this role we are seeking applicants based in, or who are able to relocate to, the Dublin area)QualificationA Design Director at Electric Square Ireland:Has a broad and deep knowledge of all aspects of design, specialising in those most closely related to the games / genres in development in the studio.Provides constructive feedback on quality and how to improve on any aspect of design.Can make project decisions based on company strategy.Designs and implements the studio design strategy, and is accountable for design output across the studio.Can decide on the priority of tasks and features on any given project.What we'd love to see from you:Five shipped titles, with a minimum of two as lead.At least 10 years working in the games industry.AAA experience is a requirement.Experience on console/PC platforms required.Experience working in a co-dev environment desirable.Experience working in Unreal required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
