Overview We are currently seeking a Design Estimator to join our dynamic team. This position can be based in Ireland with the option to work remotely. The successful candidate will play a vital role in estimating and designing fire and security systems, while ensuring that projects are completed within budget and in a timely manner. Responsibilities Prepare accurate and timely estimates for fire and security system projects. Collaborate with the sales team and clients to understand project requirements. Design and draft fire and security systems including CCTV, access control, and intruder systems. Keep up-to-date with industry standards and new technologies. Work closely with the project management team to ensure successful project delivery. Qualifications Proven experience as a Design Estimator or a similar role. In-depth knowledge of enterprise systems and security systems. Strong understanding of fire and security system components such as CCTV, access control, and intruder systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed. Day-to-day Collaborating with the sales team to gather project requirements. Estimating and designing fire and security systems. Communicating with clients to ensure their needs are met. Researching and implementing new technologies and industry best practices. Working closely with the project management team to ensure smooth project delivery
