Job Description
Design Manager required for mid-sized Main Building Contractor to work out of North County Dublin Head Office.
Our client has a great reputation and is very busy in various sectors including education and residential projects.
We are looking for a Design Manager with at least some Main Building Contractor experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and track the submittal and approval process of Designs and materials ensuring client sign off and approval.
- Look at risk/design problems by finding solutions with our Design Team before they materialize.
- Develop look ahead plans.
- Plan and co-ordinate with project management teams.
- Attend Site Meetings and report on progress.
Requirements:
- Engineering or Architectural degree.
- At least 4 years experience working as a Design Manager / Design Coordinator on building projects in Ireland or the UK.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
