In this dynamic role, you will oversee design operations and ensure the smooth execution of projects. Package Salary €70k - €80k doe and additional generous benefits package. Responsibilities of this Design Manager job include: Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle from inception to completion. Lead and motivate a team of 5 designers. Oversee daily studio operations and workflow. Implement processes to boost productivity and creativity. Ensure projects meet quality standards, specifications, and sustainability practices. Serve as the main client contact, presenting design proposals confidently and professionally. Requirements for this Design Manager job include: Bachelor's degree in design, Fine Arts, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of experience in design management, ideally in a studio. Strong understanding of design principles, trends, and techniques. Proficient in project management tools and software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
