This role is responsible for providing end-user support and assisting in the maintenance, configuration, and reliability of IT systems and solutions. Key Duties & Responsibilities Technical Support: Provide efficient deskside support for hardware, software, and network-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Documentation and Training: Maintain accurate records of support requests, create/update technical documentation, and deliver training to enhance end-users' technical skills. Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience: Preferred Requirements: Minimum 2 years of IT support or systems administration experience. Proficiency in Windows operating systems and basic networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Office 365 administration. Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) a benefit CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, relevant Microsoft Certifications in MS 365, and ITIL Foundation are desirable. Soft Skills: Strong customer service orientation. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. Keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Good interpersonal skills, capable of communicating technical concepts to non-technical users. Work Environment: This is an on-site role in a well-paced, dynamic environment.
