Desktop Support Analyst L2 - (230-260) Global financial services leader Exposure to broad windows environment Support a variety of incidents including Infrastructure, Network and IT Security A global leader within Financial services is seeking an experienced Desktop Support Engineer to join their established customer-facing support function. Their city centre office is conveniently located next to multiple transport links including the LUAS, DART, and train lines. This is a global support function where you will be at the forefront of tech solutions as a first responder providing support and resolutions for L1 and L2 incidents working across a range of issues. This position offers the opportunity to develop a broader knowledge of Infrastructure, Networking and IT Support on a global scale. In this fast-paced environment, you will be exposed to new technology and key financial/ Reinsurance applications broadening your financial service experience in one of Dublins hottest markets by utilizing a ticketing system to manage priorities. This is a technical role where you will work across Microsoft desktop applications including MS AD, Exchange, 0365, Teams, SharePoint, InTune and more. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual to deliver on a global scale in a fast-paced environment with endless opportunities to provide new solutions and deepen their technical skillset.
