Job Description

Join a leading Dublin based client as a Desktop Support Analyst, working with market-leading technologies to resolve IT issues and implement new technologies for a large user base. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Respond to IT inquiries concerning system software and applications
* Work with end-users to resolve as many support requests as possible prior to escalation
* Implement computer systems and modify existing applications based on users' needs and business requirements
* Provide technical support on bespoke applications (full training provided)
* Follow issues through to completion and confirm that needs have been met

**Qualifications & Experience:**
* IT Qualification
* 5+ Years Desktop Support experience in a corporate environment
* Strong MS Server, O365 and Active Directory support experience
* ITIL Certification (ITIL 4)
* Stamp 4 visa or EU Passport is essential
